I was very pleased with the treatment we received , a few setbacks were dealt with in a professional manner,I would recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Despite of booking my test drive in advance on Volkswagen home page I never received a call from the representative Graeme Neill as per the confirmation mail and this proves unprofessionalism. Unfortunately I had to ring them in the morning to confirm the slot and later when visited the showroom I was told there's no car available for test drive as they're all sold out. The person I spoke on phone Andy has blindly booked the slot without enquiring on the status and wasted our time and money. Definitely not a great experience when compared to Glasgow Audi who are very courteous in dealing with customers - I received a call straight after booking my test drive and a time slot has been arranged and even the representative is professionally experienced who provided good info about different specifications.

Wrong oil put into our Mazda 6 as part of an Arnold Clark service plan. Also overfilled first time round. Warn them if your car has special oil requirements. Will never go near them again.

Update - thank you for your follow up Robyn. We took it to your customer services. They told us they had responded and to go to trading standards. Zero good will. Says it all

I bought a bad apple from Arnold Clark. We let them know how we felt but we were not hopeful as car dealers usually have terrible after sales reputations. We were wrong! As soon as the new manager was made aware of our particular circumstances he personally dealt with it and he even phoned when he said he would!

The situation got sorted quickly and we're back on the road...........

Bought a Corsa 1.2 2011 from this garage. Car was sold with a faulty steering rack and a leaking water pump. Both had to be replaced within weeks/months of getting the car. Which mechanic looked over this car before putting it up for sale? Also ignition coil and spark plugs went within a few months as well.

After a very good handover of a car purchased over the phone after travelling to Glasgow from London, some problems were identified by me. After escalating the issue to the General Manager, Graeme Neil a full credit for the work needed was issued. Well done Arnold Clarke, great customer services.
