Arnold Clark Stirling Citroen / Ds

Many thanks to John Shelly for ensuring our purchase at Arnold Clark Stirling branch went smoothly without any hitches, and for the follow up call to check we were happy with our purchase.

I got some parking sensors installed which didn't work. I took the car back for a fix which lasted an entire afternoon only to be told they couldn't fix it and needed the car for two days. Took the car back again and they kept the car for four days to fix it.

I guess my message is if you want parking sensors fitted don't come to this place...

Dealt with Mark Munro during a recent purchase from this dealer. Mark was very helpful, not pushy or 'salesy' in any way, and everything was concluded without a hitch. Had the car for a week and no issues so far.

Car was filthy and engine bay full of mud obviously they need to pay more attention to the cars they are trying to sell especially the one that have been thrashed off road....

Went to the kings way show room to have a look for a new car, on entering the show room we were asked if we could be helped I replied that we were just looking for the time being which was met with "what or who are you looking for ? Again I replied that I was just looking around this was the met with "I'm only trying to help" in a very angry manor!
We did approach the floor manager to complain which he replied "I'll take that on board" no apology or genuine concern!
All in all a very unpleasant experience!
