Had my car in for a service last week and had a great service as usual, I have been using this garage for the last 5 years for servicing and mots and have never had an issue. I have recommended family members and friends to use this garage.

Called looking to book in a service. Told they were busy and would call me back. Hours pass so I call back myself and told services department now shut, sorry, bye and hung up on me.

Met young sales guy on the Mazda stand at the Royal Highland Show who could not have been more helpful and then went for a test drive at Stirling with him. Unfortunately the apathy and dreadful customer service from every other person we saw and met there was pitiful. Ordered new CX5 Sport Nav elsewhere.

Staff will help as little or as much as you like without making you feel pressured or like you are wasting their time. Bought my first car here as a result. Willing to bring in other vehicles from other Arnold Clark branches.
