Ridiculous. Bought a car here. Brought it in to get fixed as we had a 60 day warranty. So far 3 days passed...no news. We were informed we can come in and pick it up today. When we got there, guess what? Nothing was done to the car and we were not able to pick it up. Great customer service!

Avoid this garage !! went this morning for a service was told the car has brakes problem
And told to go to Kia garage .
Went to the Kia garage and they told me I should not have left the garage with the problem it had because it was dangerous to drive !!

Absolutely superb service...well worth the 420 mile round trip for Hyundai I30. Train Service by Trans Pennine and ScotRail from Preston to match, 3 and half hours from Preston and £15.50 plus 75p booking fee.
Very competitively priced, car presentation excellent, saw car Sunday, ordered remotely Monday, , took minimum time having done a lot of paperwork on Tuesday ,collected car from Stirling Thursday having been met at the station by Allen.
Travelled back to Lancashire same day. ., Nice coffee, well organised.
A very pleasant experience all round.
Car perfect.
