Arnold Clark Stirling Volkswagen

Hi, I would like to thank Natalie Simpson who was very helpful when I arrived at the Arnold Clarke Volkswagen store in Stirling with my wife and son to view a car.

On arrival We got offered coffee and my son was offered juice by another girl who welcomed us when she saw us entering Arnold Clark.

Natalie explained very well about the car and it’s service history, mot and many more things.
After purchasing our new car, She took her time to phone me 3 days later to ask, how I’m getting on with the new car and if there’s any problems or questions to phone her. We found she gave us an extremely good service by going the extra mile. 5 stars to her!

service dept is shocking, had a brand new car 2 weeks and had issue with the cars performance, said first available appointment was in 3 weeks and best of all it would be £12 for a replacement car to use. Johnathan the service manager called back to confirm that would be the case. i called other branches who were amazed that i was being asked to pay for a replacement car when i just spend £35k on a car. dont go near these useless con men.
as soon as you buy the car thats the last they want to see of you.

I only gave it one star because I had to or it would have been none had car for 5 weeks brand new and it flooded . Had to go through customer services. I had lost faith in my new car so wanted to replace it by buying another vehicle manager refused to give us an exchange after going through customer services I finally got authorisation to get an exchange saleman said I had to pick a car first before going through figures. I asked if I could use any Arnold Clark I was given a choice of 2 which were 50 miles away every car I picked I was told it was sold or someone had put a deposit on it WHICH WAS ALL LIES so I had to pick one from them . Picked a car I was escorted into managers office which I spent 2 hours in his office only to be told I would only get a TRADE IN losing almost £3000 on a brand new car in 3 weeks I eventually took the original car back as I had spent hours over almost 3 weeks trying to sort this out honestly after care needs looking into honestly you would think it was a back street garage I was dealing with I or my family won't be dealing with any Arnold Clark after this

Absolutely delighted with the service I received and with my new car. From the manager Steve to Callum Stevenson who helped me with buying my car they were brilliant, couldn't do enough to make me feel a very valued customer without feeling pressurised either. They were so helpful.Their manner from start to finish was professional but also so friendly and made me feel so relaxed the best buying experience I have had in a long time. I left the showroom smiling and happy 😀 It made me think that they made me feel exactly how they would want to feel and be treated if it was themselves buying a car or any item. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car visit this place 1st top marks....and Steve makes a mean cuppa tea to boot 😉

Went there on the 22nd of April to get a quote for a car. First of all there was no one at the reception (bizarre)wait there for at least 5 min someone finally turned up, we had a sit. Lady took our details then disappeared, God knows where as she never said where she is going(!) neither when is she coming back (!), we were waiting there for around 10 min and just left. And I wanted to spend £40K on the car with them. I don't think so...
For such a large organisation they are shambolic and amateur. We bought a car from them 6 months ago (new one) and I already regret that. I will not be coming back.

Really good experience with this garage. My saleswoman was brilliant, really helpful and nothing seemed too much hassle! Will definitely be returning for my next car and recommending to friends and family
