Arran House is one of three residences we have in Edinburgh. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh and Napier University, and a 25-minute bus ride from Heriot-Watt University. So whichever one you’re studying at, getting there will be nice and simple.

Arran House has a few room options for you.
Want to share an apartment with a few other students? We can give you an en-suite room in a 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7-bed flat.

Prefer your own space? If so we can hook you up with a studio room – which is yours and yours only!

Whichever room you choose, it’ll be fully furnished and ready for you to move straight into. All our rooms have small or full sized double beds, loads of smart storage space, and big study desks so you can fit all those textbooks or games consoles right in there.
