This week's object of the week is the Pathfoot Building #cultureonstircampus. #museumfromhome https://archives.wordpress.stir.ac.uk/… /26/object-of-the-w…/
Unfortunately our collections are not currently available in person. However, we will be regularly uploading content about the University of Stirling's Archives and Art Collection through our Culture on Campus blog #cultureonstircampus #museumfromhome https://archives.wordpress.stir.ac.uk/… /culture-on-campus-o…
Pathfoot is now closed for the duration, so unfortunately you won't be able to see our indoor exhibitions for a while, but please don't forget our beautiful campus, where there are sculptures and lots more things to enjoy in the great outdoors 😊
Just to let everyone know the current situation in the Art Collection. The Gardening Club and all planned events are cancelled. The Pathfoot Building is currently still open.
Come along to our Gardening Club...it's on again next Thursday 19th March from 11 till 2. All welcome!
Please join us this evening
Please join us on Saturday to the launch of 3 exhibitions by photographers Kieran Dodds, Alan Dimmick and Christian Ziegler http://photo-networks.scot/…/a-celebrat ion-of-3-contempora…/
Unfortunately due to the strike our Gardening club will not take place on Thursdays 5th &12th March. Please join us again on Thursday 19th March 😃
Sorry, due to illness, there is no gardening tomorrow. Please visit our Peacemakers Loom in the Crush Hall instead
University Chaplain Janet Foggie will be sitting on the Happy to Chat bench tomorrow between 12 and 1pm. If you would like a chat please pop by and see her.
The Art Collection has installed a 'Happy to Chat' Bench in the Pathfoot Building. The idea behind the bench is that staff, students and visitors to the University can sit on the bench if they don’t mind someone stopping by to say hello. For people who feel isolated in their daily lives, the benches are an opportunity to make a connection with someone new. They also give people who want to help the lonely members of the University community a way to do so. #cultureonstircampus #chatBench
