Hello folks! As some of you might know I'm trying to raise money for The Prince's Trust this year. As such I am attempting something I've never done before. Something difficult, terrifying and very dangerous. On December 9th I will be climbing Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador with a group of my colleagues. It's a 5,800m high beast of a mountain (higher than Everest base camp!).
The Prince's Trust helps support vulnerable young people to transform their lives. I used their services... more than once growing up and I can't think of a better charity to donate to, or to fundraise for.

User Research London 2019 was excellent. Got a chance to talk about lots of clever things with lots of clever people... and presente a lightning talk on the Kano model methodology!

Last year I made a present to my grandad to say 'thank you' for all the amazing moments he gave me. The little book about his life was a huge hit.

This one time I went on Reddit and offered free character sketches as a bit of practice. It went quite well :)
