Ascension Counselling

I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a fully accredited member of COSCA. I work with individual clients and couples. Your counselling sessions put you at the centre of your counselling and I will use the approach that helps you the most. This may involve listening to you and helping you process how you are feeling ("Person-Centred"); working through your thoughts, behaviours and emotions ("Cognitive Behaviour Therapy" or CBT) or looking at how events of the past are affecting you now ("Psychodynamic"). During our first session we will decide together which approach will work best for you.
