Asda Chesser Supercentre

Everything was fine until checkout. Only 2 tills available and a long wait ensued.

Unacceptable waiting time at customer service desk to return an item. Waited 20 minutes. Ten of which I spent on the phone trying to get through to the store manager. First attempt I was hung up on. Second attempt I was transferred to the customer service desk which I was actually standing waiting at. Twice a supervisor came to the desk. Both times she ignored all of us waiting in the queue and offered no help at all. Absolute farce of a store. Management should be held accountable.

A well-located store with ample parking, wide aisles, plenty of checkouts including self-service basket and trolley options. Stocking seems decent with a selection of both common and more unusual options.

Quite good choice of food, household goods. Would give 4 stars for the selection and location but have to give 3 stars because of some staff should work in their kindness and behaviours.

Horrified that I receive yogurts last night from online order with use by date of 7th August 2017! Offered £5 gift voucher next time I shop online! Really? Very nice man, Jamie but not really good enough!

Good variety of Stock, especially fresh produce, and a Small McDonald's

Went at 11.30pm asked if I could purchase cigarettes told it was not economical to open cigarette counter by two staff, meanwhile front door is open and store has about three people in it. Went to Tesco much better

Fairly good size of Asda with a McDonalds in case you get peckish. Plenty of fresh meat selections but not much non-food options compared to larger Asda's.

Good choices of various products, good services. There's a McDonald's within the building, convenient for a quick bite.
