Asda Dundee West Superstore

Hi every1!! This store iz gr8t!! Me & my family cum here regularly & we can alwayz find wot were looking for & itz very reasonably priced so ***** five starz 4 ASDA!! x ;-)

It would be a great store but it is very cold. We are always cold or freezing in the shop so we can't browse as much as we want to.

Staff very friendly. Toilets were the cleanest I've used. Good store.

Great store pleasant helpful staff, alway thinking of the customer should there be a build up of customers at the check out supervisors are alway ready to put on another check out forward thinking that's what I like.

Ok breakfast but again every place you go something cold in it also customer toilets other side of building - this old supermarket trick to get you to walk from one end to another with when you get there one cubicle - this must be 30,000 Sq ft building!! Easily!!

Fast service. As asdas go it was nice

Cafe was awful. Asked for an all day breakfast and a bacon roll but they had no bacon and only scrambled or poached eggs. I asked the girl why they could not just get bacon from the many packets that were on the shelves but was told that it did not work that way. The fryer was switched off so could not get even a portion of chips and eggs. Decided to have chips and a butter roll. Chips were soggy and lukewarm (disgusting) and the roll was a cheap nasty affair with no substance. The only decent thing was the black coffee . Real bad show...I certainly won't be back.

Good selection and really clean store. Big car park. Stairs and lift to the cafe and toilets both really clean. Friendly service throughout. Petrol station is one of the unmanned one's.

Great store I use this store when traveling from Glasgow to Fraserburgh. Loads parking which is great as Iv got a large vehicle. Great selection always get what I'm looking for.

Good selection of products at a good price. Convenient location just off the Kingsway.

The upstairs cafe has good facilities for families with babies catered for free when buying an adult meal. They also have a good setup for babies that are still bottle feeding. Comfortable booth seats and a great selection of food.

A well stocked and large supermarket that always seems to be open. Even when nothing else is, you can depend upon this store to be open.
It's good for the groceries, though does occasionally tend to be missing the odd thing that you might have to go to the local tesco for instead.
The self service checkouts almost always seem to be under-staffed, and their store policy means that you need to call for a helper every time you want a standard carrier bag (on the self service checkouts, there aren't bags at the till. They're carried by the single attendant for everyone).
Service politeness can also vary substantially between employees, though the vast majority are courteous.
