Total rubbish your selection of Organic fruit and vegetables is minimal. I get more from Aldi in than a large store like yours. I used a self service machine to pay for my goods and it declined every time myself or the member of staff tried it. I had to get the lady to pack my bag while I went outside to get money fro a cash machine to pay for them. Total embarresment nothing wrong with the card or the bank balance.... last time my husband had to pay ... never again. Your machines are usless.

Kept waiting at self service till after scanning through my shopping while staff member chatted to a bloke in the exit area for over 5 minutes. I should have just walked out with the shopping but as I am honest I tipped it back into the basket and told the lazy oxygen thief I didn't want it any more.

Everything you need always there. Staff is always here to help if needed. Really nice atmosphere. Shop that you just need to visit.

i was in Asda 2 days ago the 1 of may about 19;20ish i went to get teddy bear for my puppy i went to the self service and paid for things but the machines dont do cash bag so i went to the we serivice at the side where i got the worst customer serivce .. their was small older women who served me with short kind of blond hair i needed cash back for my bus so i wanted to buy an scratch card to get cash back iam 22 but was coming back from work so i said i wanted it and she went no id so i was like ok fair enough so i was like to her well i just will get some gjewgum and the time i was holding my card in my hand and she went no have to spend 10 pounds so i was like ok i will just go to the cash poitn then putted card in my pocket ...and she accused me of stealing the jewgum said i saw you pytted that in your pocket i was like sorry what ? and she went this jewgum and i went no ? she kept saying that so i toke everything out my pocket and women frooze as she accused me of stealing while i didnt i feel like either she dont see or she needs to look carfuly iam really no happy she wasnt nice no even sorry just old grumpy lady i work at shop myself and your job is to greet everyone as happy as possible and before you grab someone by hand make sure 1000 before you accuse them am more then upset am polish and this was nothing but rassist and i dont know if i wont take it farder to the police disramintion its an one word ..

It is grate I love it .it is a good asda the only thing is that it is not 24 hours like most asdas in my opinion asda is the best big shop if you go to rubbish tesco you should start going to asda but if it is a emergency late at night and need a 24 hour store and a 24 Tesco is closer then go to it thats what I do olso go to Addis
