Was in there today and even with the crowds of customers it was no problem for Steven, member of staff, to assist us with a wee prob we had. Xx

Very good - well stocked and very easy to find what you're looking for. Nice clean store and friendly staff

A little disappointing had to shop else where for a majority of my shopping due to limited options on offer

Very helpful friendly staff, nothing is any trouble
I was in store on Sat, feeling poorly a staff member noticed me sitting near George counter and asked me if I needed help, she went and got me some water, which was gratefully appreciated, that helped a lot, by the time I left she was away :( I met her again today , she was my gaurdian angel on Sat, unfortunately I didn't get her name but my husband and myself thanked her personally for her attention and care, after all I was a total stranger to her, thank you

We always go here to buy fruit that is ready to eat. It is our experience that 'ripen at home' stuff never does!
Also got fat free/sugar free yoghurt that taste delicious.

Was made to feel like a no good piece of s**t by the older woman in the cafe because of my tattoos. Ordered a latte £2.20 and was asked can you afford that. Absolutely ridiculous and so rude. Obviously had to put on the big show in front of her little sheep work colleagues. Complainned to the manager of Asda and was told she pretty much couldn't tell her off because she 'worked in the cafe and she was in charge of the tills'. Months later and still no feedback to whether or not she got a warning after filling out a complaint form. She works in a cafe, I don't know why she's all high and mighty!!!!

As I had a bit of time before a late start at work I decided to get messages for our Open Door Meals whereby we at St Kenneth's provide a hot 3 course meal and a small bag of messages for those who are homeless or in need. So having got to the store at around 6am got my trolley load of messages and went to check out. As I couldn't see anyone on a till I asked a staff member if someone could check me out only to be told that there is no one on the tills until 8am she thought. This staff member suggested I try Customer Service, which I did only to be told that I would have to use the self scan! I had an overflowing trolley and basically said you have to be joking but no she wasn't. So, I said to her, can you show me how to put multiples through and she said that I wouldn't be able to do that myself. I then said, well I'll just have to leave everything then so she said she would help but would have to serve at Customer Services if anyone needed her. I said ok then to which she replied, more than once, that she finished at 7! Anyway we proceeded to the self scan and were getting on not too bad when she said she had to go as it was about 7 and she had things to do. I then started to self scan the rest of the trolley and soon the beeper went saying I had to wait for help........I waited..... and waited...... eventually just as I was about to give up and walk out a staff member came pressed a button and walked away, again the beeper went...... she pressed the button again.... again it went off, then she said it was probably the weight which was on the self scan. In a slightly disgruntled mood by this time decided I would check out what had already been put through, pack it back into the trolley and then put the rest through (£80 odd pounds later!). Another staff member approached me and asked if I needed help, I said no as 2 staff members had already walked away from me and I could manage! The previous staff member must have heard this and came back and stayed with me until the rest of my shopping was put through. I suggest it is made known that there is no one on the tills until 8am! Disgruntled shopper who usually buys shopping at Asda for this group on a regular basis.......

I Also hate the new layout of the Store. Leave things alone. The bread has got dizzy.

I do wonder why the Store does not sell 7 litre compostable bags for food waste caddies provided by Fife Council. The 5 litre bags are way too small, and the 25 litre bags are ridiculously huge. Common sense out the window.

Kinda like going to a disco when doing the shopping, which adds a bit if fun to the shopping experience ☺ the cafe is pretty good most of the time, I am a regular at the cafe as its fairly priced and convenient

Its Asda, so its always busy and loads of selection. I wish they would stop switching the isle displays around. Just when you think you know where everything is, they move it to the opposite isle so you have to go looking and end up buying stuff you didn't want. Great marketing but pain in the rear. Also i have the self service tills. Bring back more till operators.
