Asda Hamilton Superstore

Was in the store Hamilton and purchased grocery bought some fresh beeburgers that were reduced. To 80 pence.got home and they were mouldy. Phoned up the store and they said they would refund my 80pence.cant believe it .I stay in Larkhall and shop in As a there at least 3 or four times a week.and sure staff would vouch for that.they said to take it your Larkhall store .which I did. Gave me 80pence refund and a two pound gift card.the assistant manager said he would show the manager in the morning. The disgusting burgers..i have taken photos and one off my receipt . Oh dear. Be prepared to wait in a que for a manned checkout. Nearly all self checkouts now. And only about 50% of the manned one's open. This was on a Thursday afternoon & the store was quiet. ASDA be aware their are other supermarkets in you town, you had better wake up. I'm sure you are aware of this as you're figure's will show a drop in sales. Poor service & the store needs a good scrub. No need for disable parking spaces as anyone uses them

At the moment,this is my favourite Asda!I like the way,the inside of the building is laid out,the range of stuff on offer,and the toilets being on the ground floor.Also its near Strathclyde Country Park.My only complaint?It's a pity the cash machines aren't at the front of the building,instead of being around a corner,out of eyesight of the local shopper!

A good supermarket, let down by the lack of service.

The busiest one in Lanarkshire, yet they only have 6 manned checkouts, three of which were shut today.

4 staff supervising the self service checkouts and tills, which invariably go wrong.

When will asda start to pay us for doing the work of their staff, or are they just more interested in employing less people.

A total step backwards and a disgrace of a way to treat your customers.

Normally a great place to shop but the travelators were out of order and blocked off. The only way to get to the upper story is via a small lift. Even though the store was not busy the queue to get up and down was huge. Also the store was extremely hot for no reason at all. Staff seamed uninterested when asked why it was so hot.

tried to use the pay point at 8:40 pm only to be told it has been closed for the day
checked at customer services to told it is open to 9:00 pm

Its an Asda. No problems over than a few neds showing of their corsas after 10pm

Level floors

Always has lots of stock, but can be crazy busy at peak times. Best to park on top of the multistory as the other spaces are pretty tight.
