this is the place where I stack up when on vacation in a cottage. has a decent stock. and I like their generic brand products better than Tesco's.

Despite being my local supermarket for shopping customer service from staff seems to fluctuate between great and poor service. At times staff have bent over backwards to help, other times they stand around chatting and you feel you have created a problem by bothering them. Unfortunately the cafe has been a let down each time I have been, either items not on the menu or not tasting nice.

Click and collected a microwave, faulty, returned to store, 1 month later still awaiting refund 😕

Had a £200+ of groceries and was still loading it on to the belt with my 22 yo son packing bags, the checkout operator asked my son for ID and when he couldnt produce any she refused to sell me a bottle of whiskey. After explaining the whiskey was mine she still refused to sell it to me. I asked to speak to a manager who also refused to sell me the whiskey. This is just the latest in a list of things Asda have done recently. I have been a customer for 35years all over Scotland and its only the Huntly store i have had problems with. I will not be shopping there again and will be contacting their head office when it opens tomorrow.
The staff attatude stinks, their home delivery is a disgrace and usually wrong and their Click and Collect isn't ant better
