Asda Kirkcaldy Superstore

I find the Kirkcaldy Asda branch always most helpful and friendly service regardless of the time of day or night as I sometimes shop after midnight

Great shop really good staff been shopping there 12 years

Has most of your everyday goods under one roof, stills can be somewhat understaff a busy times, stuff are really helpful and will show you where products are instead someplace the just point

Everything was tidy, clean. Employees were helpful and the produce was a little bit cheaper than other supermarkets.

Dark and dismissal. Not a pleasant experience. Lack of check-out operators. Hand held scanner system causing customer chaos. Check-out operator we used was very helpful.

I'm sitting here raging, as my shopping hasn't been delivered, yet again! Last time it took two hours to get through to customer services to find out where my shopping was. To be told I could have it redelivered in two days. I have five kids to feed, if I didn't need the food there and then I would've ordered it for two days time! So because I had no food in the house (because I was waiting on my shopping being delivered!) And a refund would take 48 hours!! I had to drive through to your kirkcaldy store to collect my own shopping that I'd already paid deliver for (and never even got an offer of it being reimbursed) and tonight it happens again!!! My shopping hasn't arrived again. Well I'm sorry but you can stick it this time. I'll take the refund and I won't be back. What's the point of having a delivery service that doesn't bloody deliver?

Online times say different to the billboard in store as I had went long for 0600 and they closed think they decide their own times and what ever suites them

Security banned my fiance because he didn't like his looks they are suppose to be all about customer service but that doesn't matter if the staff are a holes and the security just pick on people for fun

Trolley crashed into back of car then rolled along passenger side,scratched paint,contacted customer services 3 times got told manager would phone me,week later I phoned manager to get told no one had passed message on,and it's Park at your own risk
