Great store staff very friendly you can find mostly everything you need prices could be a bit cheaper

Plenty of parking and well lit. Super friendly staff that are ready to help at a moment notice. Prices are good as well as the selection.

Staff are amazing and it is my nearest shop to me and I go there after school to get whatever my mum needs or my brother and I see people from my school from other schools and people that I don't know but they are always smiling and the food is amazing and I always find some thing new

I understand working night shift isn't easy, but it's common courtesy to reply when someone makes eye contact with you while standing two feet away and says good morning at 5am. Yeah, I'm not thrilled I'm awake and 6 miles away from my bed either, but that's what people do dear ASDA employees (yes, I address this to more than one person who ignored me that day).
I have also paid £1.50 for some water with a drop of chemically tasting sour black liquid, that people there mistake for coffee.
I'm giving you whole 2 stars only because during my previous visit I had a pleasant chat with a security guard about broken coffee machine which now pretends to be fixed. Very disappointing.

Decent enough Asda, as long as you don't interact with the staff or query something.

I had an item scan at what looked like the wrong price when I was on self serve and flagged it up to a staff member. As it was an item just next to the self serve machines, I went with him to have a look. Turned out the label was in the wrong place (same product, different flavour, tiny writing on the label).

Then, he walked away! No attempt at all to fix it... I mean, really?! Someone else is going to query that very same thing

Average ASDA which had friendly service even at 2.30 on a Sunday morning!

It's right next to the water and you can feel it, especially if you visit on a breezy morning 😋
