Asda Livingston Supercentre

Nice layout, easy to find things you are looking for as all the lanes have signs above them listing the important items that you are most likely to want

For the size of the store not enough toilets especially for disabled or for babies. Should offer more assistance for those who are not abled bodied. All the stores should look at disability assistance especially in the car parks when it comes to blue badge those who do not have are getting away with parking in blue badge spaces as there is no-one monitoring these. Xxx

Bakery doesn't seem to have fresh rolls out at nine in the morning, also sell out very quickly on products that you would think they would have plenty of. One of the good things I would say about the store is the staff I have spoken to are always helpful and friendly.

More checkouts closed than open, even at very busy times. Basic everyday products consistently not on the shelves or out of stock. So called "Roll Back" bargains which are designed to cheat their customers and are very very seldom ever a bargain. Millions of pounds per year spent on advertising to encourage customers into the shop yet by comparison, extremely little spent to let customers out of the shop ( ie: constantly closed checkouts which create long queues). Asda management appear to be content with long slow moving queues and angry and unhappy customers at the checkouts. This demonstrates the contempt with which Asda treats their loyal customers.

Staff are friendly and helpful, you just have to ask.
There are a few of them running around getting the shopping done the cluck and collect customers.
This might just be because I shop early though.

Sells good food good toys but needs work in the clothes I would not recommend going there for clothes for a night out.

Quite possibly the biggest Asda I've ever seen! Pay and display car park is a bit cheeky though, we are already spending money in your store. Sort it out big guy!
