Love asda it has so much choice great value for your money

Went in for knorr ham cubes and tunnocks carmel wafers they any of said items had to go to morrisons

Staff are usually really friendly and the shop floor staff are very helpful. Range of products from food to household goods and clothes is excellent. Huge car park although getting out at peak times can be difficult. Queues inside are frequently 3 or 4 people long, however there are self checkout facilities. There are escalators and a lift in store, a foreign currency counter, self service petrol station, pharmacy and a cafe.

Went in for pizza.. Decided to go to the pizza deli.. Female behaviour behind counter was disgusting.. She was very rude.. Totally ignored me for a good few minutes.. Only me standing there... Then a male assistant came through from the back area, he then served me.. Another customer came over he asked her for 2 pizza's.. She said 'he's actually serving not me' no eye contact at any time.,and just walked away.. Such a bad attitude...The gentleman she said this to, was very embarrassed, NO customer service what so ever.. Having worked in retail for over 20 years.. I find this very offensive, and disrespectful..

Great sale on summer clothes today,got a few things for holidays.

Great store nice and clean, bright store. Good range of goods. Staff helpful most politeness.

Very clean and tidy store most employees are helpful. Cloths and accessories a very good range for both.the store is very well laid out signage is clear isles are well stocked.

Although I live in England I work up in Glasgow during the week and I regularly shop in this Asda as it is close to my B&B. I go in on a Monday around 1800 and I'm constantly disappointed by the quality and lack of fruit and vegetables. Sometimes the fruit shelves are completely empty or other times the food looks past its best.
Even the packaged fresh and dry foods are often missing sometimes several weeks on the trot. I never have this problem in England so I can only imagine it's either poor individual store management or Asda is Scotland is a second rate service.

Do my food shop here every second Saturday. Very friendly staff and everything is laid out with ease of access for the public. You get nice pizza in the cafeteria as well lol.

Large ASDA but not as big as some of the others. Has all available choices. Parking always available

Some staff should remember there are members of the public close by as on more than one occasion we've overheard bad language. Bringing it to the management staff or through their customers survey seems to fall on deaf ears.

Good place to buy food but very busy durning the day

The duty manager that was on this evening is a star. She helped my dad get home by getting a member of staff to use their debit card to pay for my dads fuel when he forgot his own card. Thank you Asda staff for getting my dad home.
