Asda Stenhousemuir Superstore

I went to asda stenhousemuir last night , (friday) and had to wait half an hour for a pizza to made every time i go in there is always something i can't get. For a supermarket like asda to have shortages on stock like they do is so bad .

Great variety in products, good value for money, good quality, free parking lot, easy access, friendly staff, good customer service. Selection of world wide range. Hot food counter, and food to go options available

Nice layout. Good sized George department. Plenty stock in grocery. Could do with bigger range in both areas.

I went into Asda to buy fireworks for a kid's birthday party. I went to the customer service desk who told me to go to the fireworks display stall and collect a slip for the package I wanted. I did this, and brought it back to the till at customer services and paid for the fireworks. I was then directed to go back to the fireworks stall and a member of staff would fetch the fireworks I bought. One member of staff near the stall said, OK that was fine but another butted in and said you can't buy fireworks after November 5th (it was 7th November) She was a bit rude, so I asked to see the manager. After a few minutes a manager approached and asked what the problem was, so I told him I had paid for fireworks and been told by two different people that this was OK to collect. He said fireworks were not on sale anymore. I asked him why there was still a very large display stating that you can pick the fireworks at that stall and he became very hostile, not letting me speak - raising his voice - interrupting me. I realised that this guy had anger problems and was just looking for a way to intimidate me so I asked to speak to the real manager. Another manager came and he said that it was OK, fireworks were still on sale and a member of staff gave me the fireworks I had paid for.
I have been shopping in asda for many years , but no more. Hostile and nasty staff have put me right off going back there again.

Closing check out sent to diy check helped by a great guy but system did not give proper multi buy discount. Ripped off by an Asda self serve checkout. Avoid Asda Stenhousemuir very dissatisfied and disappointed Should have gone to Aldi !!!!

Friendly staff, with decent parking. It's Asda so their toilets are always clean. It really is the small things that make a difference.

Local grocery shop. Use frequently. Good choices and price. Would recommend.

Friendly staff. Easy to find stuff . I think most of us understand that its pretty good value for money

Good sized store, loads of more products there that the smaller shops aren't able to offer, 👍
