Great grub
We were having a meal delivered. We waited two and a half hours. Called Asha's three times, each time we were assured the meal was on it's way. On the third call we were asked what our order was, as if they had no idea. When we cancelled we got no apology, no offer of compensation for our inconvience just hung up on us. Would give them a minus score if I could. Will never use this place again and will advise anyone who asks never eat in or order from this place.
Whole order tasteless
Starter .... chicken chaat was ok
Main ..... chicken tikka and chicken bhoona both tasteless and peshwari nan was also tasteless ........ first and last and to make things complete. Forgot an item
Brilliant atmosphere so happy it is opened again
Great quality food and hospitality
Must go for dinner
Went for a family meal to celebrate a birthday and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It wasn't very busy on a Saturday afternoon but that had no bearing on the quality of the food or service.
We had the pre theatre menu and the waiter was happy to include extra vegetarian options into the set menu for no extra cost which was lovely. The food was hot, fresh and flavoursome, with a really generous portion size. I particularly liked the vegetable samosa and sag aloo.
The table of 12 were served efficiently and with patience for all the competing requirements (children, an elderly grandmother and three vegetarians). This all for a very reasonable price.
I don't have any criticism whatsoever, apart from the restaurant being a bit dull. Great place with nice food, they definitely deserve more customers.
