REHIS Introduction to Food Hygiene

REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Refresher Course
The REHIS Introduction to Food Hygiene course is a food hygiene awareness course aimed primarily at food handlers entering the food industry for the first time. The course is also suitable for staff who have an ancillary food handling role, for example, nurses, care assistants, support staff and porters, whose primary function is not that of a food handler.
Course Duration – 2 hours
The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course is a level 2 qualification in food hygiene which is nationally recognised in all sectors of the food industry. The course has been designed to provide practical information and advice which will help employers and employees to ensure that food handling activities are carried out safely.
Course Duration – 6 hours
Elementary Food Hygiene Refresher Course is a new REHIS course designed to keep holders of the Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate up to date. It’s worth noting that regulations do change. It’s recommended that you take a refresher course every three years and check your working practices still comply with the changes in legislation. Enabling you to keep one step ahead of your local EHO.
Course Duration – 3 hours
