Receptionists dont have manners and treat like they own NHS. The worse sugary in the scotland.

This place is a joke. Phone for an appointment on hold for 10 minutes. Get through and get told they have a new system in place where I have to tell them what's wrong with me and they will then phone me back with an appointment whenever they feel like it. So basically they get to decide who is more worthy of seeing a doctor. I phoned this morning and still no call back. Today is my only day off work, I work full time and long shifts, I have stuff to do and I'm having to sit around and wait till someone decides to phone me back with an appointment that for all I know could be in 20 minutes or in 20 days. It's a joke. Been with this practice for 2 years and still never got to see a doctor. And why does a receptionist have to be told what is wrong with me. What happened to doctor patient confidentiality?! They do not need to know my health problems and they are not qualified to decide whether it's worth seeing a doctor today or in a weeks time.

Receptionists were incredibly rude to all their patients every time I went (and I went about over 30 times). ZERO manners, no eye contact, rushing patients off as quickly as possible, no please, thank you, your welcome nothing, actually unbelievable!

Awful service, cannot call through, have to use redialler. Only way to maybe get an appointment is if you'll start calling at 8:30am and stay on auto redial for 20-30minuts and then additional 2 on their line, finally you'll hear that all apointments are gone. Of course that is silly as I was there physically from 8am and only maybe 20 people were registered and maybe 10 calls were answered ? (phone just keep ringing and no one cares). Awful treament which caused even bigger issues with my health ! BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN A COFFIN

This has got to be the worst surgery i have ever been to. For one thing... You cant get an appointment unless you are the first person to call at 8:30 am. Second, why the hell cant you collect a repeat prescription on a saturday when the girl on reception is sitting there doing precisely jack? For anyone who works during the week and cant get to the surgery to pick up a prescription....... register somewhere else. 1 star is too generous

Not the best practice in have ever used. I work full time and can't get an appointment ever. Can't even get a telephone consultation. Receptionist even put the phone down on me today when I tried for an emergency appointment and was told there are none until Thursday this was today Tuesday
