Ashley Ann Kitchens

I have recently had an Ashley Ann kitchen installed. Kelly, the Ashley Ann designer listened carefully to what I wanted and came up with an excellent design within the budget I had specified. Detailed fitting instructions were provided to our Joiners and Kelly was always accessible to answer any queries they had. The kitchen now fitted more than meets my expectations and the whole experience from fist design meeting to successful instal was stress free.

In search of a new kitchen and utility room we started shopping around a few well-known companies but rejected them because of the poor quality of their cabinets or lack of inspiration on the part of the designer. We came across Ashley Ann Kitchens in Stirling quite by accident and decided to go in and see what they could do. From the first moment we walked through the door and saw the kitchens on display we knew that this company was something special. The innovation in their designs and attention to detail coupled with the fusion of different materials made us turn to each other and smile. We made an appointment on the spot for home visit by their kitchen designer, Carrie Ann Welsh.

A few days later Carrie Ann came to our house and listened to what we would like in a new Kitchen and Utility room. She asked us lots of questions, ensuring that she fully understood how we use the current space and how we would like to be able to use the new space. We both liked her right from the start; she was polite, well mannered and didn’t make us feel pressurised into making a sale. The whole process was like talking to a friend about a dream kitchen. Carrie Ann then took detailed measurements of our two rooms and said she would send us some computer drawings of how she saw our new kitchen and utility room.

A few days later, true to her word, the plans arrived. Carrie Ann had managed to incorporate all that we had suggested as well as a few design features herself – all of which we loved.

We arranged to meet Carrie Ann at the showroom in Stirling and discussed colours, surfaces, taps and door handles and then the all important cost. We had a price in mind and given the quality of the kitchens from Ashley Ann we thought that it may exceed our budget. We were pleasantly surprised when she told us what it would cost and it was within our budget.

Carrie Ann organized a joiner for us, again who was fantastic throughout the entire building works. The kitchen arrived and was fitted on time with minimal disruption to us and it looks outstanding.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Carrie Ann or the company Ashley Ann if you are considering a new kitchen.

Can't impress strong enough how fantastic Kelly has been throughout the planning of my new kitchen - from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any concerns I may have had about how it would look were dismissed as soon as the kit arrived - my kitchen now looks fantastic. Thank you Kelly for your patience, guidance and 'hand-holding' throughout these past months, we had some laughs!!!

We extended our house to give us a larger kitchen, we had a good idea of the layout we required and visited a number of design companies, with varying prices/designs/quality and service. Price was a key factor, however service and quality was a major part of our decision process, Ashley Anne was by far the outstanding company that ticked all these boxes. From our initial visit we were very impressed by the service from Carrie Ann, it was clear that what we wanted for our design/price and service would be delivered, not to mention the quality that was clearly evident from what was on display in the showroom. Carrie Ann offered us solid clear advice on everything from Unit design & layout , worktop type, lighting, NEF appliances … everything including the proverbial kitchen sink. This was followed up by 3D plans, layout drawings and a final sign off visit to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. All this was delivered within budget, exactly on time by truly professional fitters, over the agreed timescale with no mess or fuss. The whole process from start to finish has been totally professional, we would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Anne, in particular the Stirling Branch and Carrie Ann.

Having moved into a house that required substantial renovation we had definite vision of a kitchen / dining space that was the heart of the home. The layout of the kitchen was key to making this work, and so we visited many kitchen design companies before settling on Ashley Ann. This decision was based on the quality of kitchen offered by Ashley Ann, but also by the way we were treated by Kelly. Throughout the process Kelly was very supportive, offering great advice and really helping us design the kitchen the matched our vision. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a quick decision, instead we were given the opportunity to take samples home to view them in place.
Providing good customer service when everything is going smoothly and to plan is relatively easy, great companies prove their worth when problems arise. When we encountered issues during installation Kelly’s instant response was “leave it to me, it will be sorted”. Kelly took ownership and ensured everything was resolved painlessly.
The end result is we have a fantastic kitchen, exactly as we had imagined and are absolutely delighted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Ann, and in particular Kelly to anyone considering a new kitchen.
