Ashley Coombes Photography

Ashley is a documentary wedding photographer and corporate portrait photographer with a background in editorial photography.

Ashley developed his relaxed and observational style of photography over 15 years working as a photojournalist for national newspapers and magazines, most notably as the photographer of choice for The Times in Scotland.

He has always been a "people" photographer and as friends began getting married, then having kids, he loved shooting his own style, for them and for himself, without the need to tailor his approach to an editorial brief.

His wedding work has been described as natural, unpretentious, honest and soulful.
