Vegetarian heaven 🥒🍆🍅🥔🌶 - freshly made Turkish meze featuring humus, saksuka (aubergine, potato), ispanak tarator (yoghurt, garlic, spinach), mercimek kofte (red lentils, bulgar wheat, pomegranate), falafel and muska boregi (filo pastry with feta cheese and spinach). All this accompanied by homemade Turkish bread and an ice cold Efes beer and you could almost believe you were in Turkey ☀️☀️🇹🇷🇹🇷

We have been visiting Aspendos restaurant in the past 6 years, (every year when we have a day at Inverness)

It might be only a visit a year but we never had a disappointing visit yet. Food is always 1st class and well presented with good potions. The service always been to a very high standards and the staff are always helpful. Wish we lived closer to Inverness so we can visit more frequently.

Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd time we’ve been in here for a meal and the food and service was great.

This is quickly becoming one our my hubby and I's favourite places to go in Inverness when we fancy popping out for something to eat. The atmosphere and the staff are lovely. We generally have the Tapas Mese and love it. The tastes are so fresh and delicious. We tried the Turkish coffee for the first time on our last visit and loved it. Would recommend to anyone who would like an alternative from Chinese or Indian cuisine for a night out.

Our first time going in so we thought we would give it a go We had a fantastic meal and the staff were absolutely lovely definitely a 10/10 both the manager's were comedy gold and the Turkish coffee was to die for. Would highly recommend

My husband and I had a meal here last night for his birthday. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and and staff ever so friendly. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend you try it. X

My fiancé and I love this place, we regularly go as a couple or with the family in a large group and the food and service are excellent. The group menu deal (mixed meze to share and a main course each) is fantastic. Always a friendly welcome. Recently got a mention in the Sunday Times as one of the top 3 Turkish Restaurants in the UK, congratulations!

Is it bad that all I can think about is my meal I had at aspendos last night I can't explain how amazing this little gem of place is !



I feel like I'm on holiday here I go out my comfort zone and try different foods the staff are so helpful polite I'm already looking forward for my next visit here !!

First time in Inverness ... recommended by a local and it was the first time I have had lamb

Mostafa the owner was fabulous ... recommended what we should have and was spot on ! Fabulous service ... he even gave us Lokum Turkish candy that I asked about ... had not had any in 20 years !

Fantastic service, had the tapas mezze, a wide range of delicious little dishes which send the taste buds into Mediterranean heaven, with Turkish coffee to finish, highly recommended *****

Delicious food, large portions, both meat and vegetarian options. We had to eat here twice during our stay at Inverness because it was so good! The homemade chili sauce is amazing. Very friendly staff as well!

Best place in Inverness to eat. .... staff are great ,friendly and very helpful if your not sure what u want to eat on the menu they will always advise ....xx

Ashamed that last night was our 1st visit. Certainly won't be the last. Food was excellent, and the waiter was superb, with a great sense of humour and fun. The bar has been set pretty high by our 1st experience of this great wee restaurant.

A lucky find for our one night stay in Inverness. Food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was superb. I reccomend this is the place to go if eating out in Inverness.

Our waiter last night was arrogant and rude. He expressed annoyance at my wife for asking questions about the food. The food was good but we will not return.
