I’ve had a lot of people asking how I discovered Gyrotonic. I first came across it when I worked with Scottish Ballet. I’ve been doing it myself as a client for about 15 years! Since developing osteoarthritis in my toe joints dancing and teaching became more painful so I made the decision to follow a new and exciting career path! With over 23 years teaching experience - it seemed a natural transition! Yes the picture below is me (a loooooong time ago!😉).
