Back to the wood this year.
Another load for the Isle of Rona, and a late Finish.
Happy new year to all our past and future guests hope to welcome you all back again in 2016.
Review of 2015. We enjoyed getting to know the boat and getting the time to make some small improvements.
We started by installing a crane to save our backs and help with MOB (Man Over Board) recovery system and to make loading and unloading our guests luggage on Rona that bit easier. Then we took the boat to Stornaway for painting, followed by some finishing off in Plockton. Our plans for 2016 include taking her back to Stornaway for getting the hull cleaned and stripped back to bare wood, before re-painting and anti-fouling in her current livery.
ASPIRE has been operating for over a year as our super-duper replacement for Spindrift!
