Aspire Children’s Services Ltd provides training and consultancy to local authorities and their partners to help them to deliver services that meet the needs of their local population.

Aspire Children’s services has extensive experience of working with local authorities and their partners across England and has been involved in major DfE change and transformation programmes including Sure Start Children’s Centres, Aiming High for Disabled Children and the implementation of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) reforms.

Aspire Personalised Care Solutions is a subsidiary of Aspire Children’s Services and this is the service arm of the company. Aspire Personalised Care Solutions provides Independent Support on behalf of the Council for Disabled Children in the local authority areas of Northumberland, Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough & Hartlepool
