Assist Social Capital

ASC works with individuals and organisations anywhere to develop resilient communities, using 'social capital' as a critical resource.

Set up in 2002, Assist Social Capital raises awareness of social capital in practice and investigates new ideas and approaches that enhance community resilience and wellbeing. We support individuals, community organisations and agencies to use a social capital approach in their work, which enables them to make a real and lasting difference to those communities and deliver much wider community benefit. To achieve this we provide training, project development services and have developed a series of valuable benchmarking tools.
