Athena Fireplaces Stirling

Great installation.... poor after sales service ! The guys at Athena did a great job in installing my fireplace. However, I have had real issues in getting them to come and fix a gas fire ignition problem. Several phone calls later, no call backs (as agreed), appointments missed (again with no call back meaning I sat in the house all day waiting for them), more phone calls...3 weeks after my first phone call I'm still waiting and the problem has still not been resolved. I'm awaiting another phone call to rearrange a new date (but Im not holding my breath !!! )

Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable about their products and pay close attention to detail. A good range of fires

Nipped in to get an idea on prices and the service was brilliant, the salesman answered all our questions and couldn't be any more helpful, thumbs up

Just had our new fireplace installed yesterday. Looks amazing!! Service from start to finish excellent!!!

Had the odd teething problems when we fitted a new fire but this all sorted out by andrew and jim,they also have a very good team doing the fitting work.
