Atholl Arms Hotel

Rooms are old and cramped. The staff moved us across the hotel. Location is good, however.

Very bad chocolate fudge cake. Horrible. Smelled like sper... You get the point. Cozy though! And the beer was good :)

We only used the bar restaurant. Friendly and quick service. Ideal for families. The food is nice, but nothing to get excited about. There is a great selection of local ales.

My fifth stay here? Good clean accommodation in a wonderful setting. Friendly staff, excellent food, reasonable rates - 'nuff said?

Popped in for dinner while passing because our friends had been here before. The 4 of us enjoyed our bar meal which was served by a very cheery barman. Doggy friendly too.

Nice décor and atmosphere, the food was fine, not great but for the price it makes for good food after a day out and the staff were a bit curt. I wouldn't go around recommending it but it's fine if your in the area

I thought it was overpriced for what it was. For £95 a night, I expected better finish off rooms. It looks tired and it would do better by removing few things like curtains converting walls etc. Less is more, in this case less 70s look and more updated. But the service is friendly. They could do so much with this place...

Staff are great, the bar is dog friendly with a good selection of spirits and beers. Very welcoming atmosphere. The only let down is the food. I would consider it over priced as it's not fresh prepared and clearly the main meals are reheated in a microwave.
