Just seen dream boys at Attik for my sis in laws hen so welcoming and what a show amazing shout out to all the guys and of course Cherie Triffle we have had a ball now upstairs for the rest of the hen ��

Great nightclub that caters for all tastes, different floors for different tunes, with a nice and friendly crowd for the most part.

Fantastic club, ridiculously clean & modern. Sound system spot on and staff very friendly! Drinks prices wrong on the event but after travelling up from Newcastle we were given a free drink as an apology! Can’t falter! Will definitely be back if visiting Edinburgh again!

Attended with hen party Dream boys and Sherry Trifle absolutely brilliant x bar staff very unsatisfactory considering how much we were spending but on the whole will be back

A thought was good apart from bouncers being to strict kicked out so called to drunk .... But good lay out and it's not grab a granny now lol . V.i.p way to go tho �

Good music good decent prices but the entry fee is a bit of a rip-off cost me and one of my mates £6 to get in and my other two mates got in for cheap cos they were students

Last night me and my friends went there, the music wasn't that great so I went up to the DJ to ask him to put on Liam Payne Familiar and he said he didn't have it, fair enough so I asked him to put on something different as the music was hard to dance to and the guy just took offence!! He yelled 'what makes you better than anybody else' and 'others are dancing!' yeah well no matter what music is on people try to dance to it but didn't mean that they necessarily bloody enjoyed it! I'm the audience and the DJ should play what we want to hear not what he wants to listen to! I'm 100% sure I spoke for about 70% of the nightclub that the music was occasionally okay. Shame the cheeseboard upstairs was closed cos that's called music.

I did not like door staff the night and one of the door staff said I was play the racist card the night I think staff need to respect someone that trying to help and not play that card and I think door staff need to be training of manner and they should have not put hand anyone and I like the club untill the night and said I am barred for help someone that means a lot to me is a joke honest they need to get new staff on door now like

Would not recommend this place to anyone’s especially coming to Edinburgh for a night out as me and my friend Tried to go on Friday as my friend took her id out her bag the bouncer said we weren’t getting in (didn’t see our id it was our own) no explanation to why we didn’t get in one other bouncer came and we asked him why we weren’t getting in he said that ATIK have been doing that to people for a couple of weeks now his ex and her friends came to Edinburgh and got turned away too when he spoke to the guy who said we couldn’t get in he said he would have let us however the promoters said no again with no expiation they didn’t even tell the bouncers.

I then called 10 minutes ago to make a formal complaint and the manager on the other side of the phone didn’t even listen to my story and what I wanted to say cut in before I finished and said ‘All I can do is apologise bye’ very disappointed in this I will not be back as it’s not good costumer service😡😡

We had secure our place with my pals over VIP list. Came there well dressed, not drunk, two of us are currently studying. First lady found our names and was about let us go in while other lady grab her shoulder and put her on hold. She crossed street, called someone over phone, came back and sent out security guy to tell us we are not allowed to entrance.So I asked if we can join queue if there is any problem with VIP list but he made himself clear by saying we will be not permitted to go in no matter what and he cannot tell us why.Absolute shock and disgrace over 11 years I stay in Scotland.I already had unpleasant experience with this place but this make sure non of my friends get near to that BULLYING AND RACISTIC place.

They just ruined my birthday party as much as it was possible! Everything was booked ale package pre-paid already but at the entrance I’ve been told that my group can’t come in without giving me the reason. Nobody was drunk and everybody has elegant clothes RIDICULOUS!

Me and my friend went there tonight all the way from Newcastle to meet up with a friend and we were both sober (we had one drink before going) and both appropriately dressed. We approached the entrance at 10:30pm and were greeted coldly by the female bouncer with blonde hair. She told us we were not allowed in before we even spoke and then when we asked why, she just kept repeating "not tonight girls" over the top of our voices. I don't know if there's a rule about shoes for this club but we were both wearing black boots and mine were flat because I have spina bifida occulta resulting in foot drop. If this was the reason (we don't know because she couldn't give us a valid reason) then it is disgusting and could be classed as discrimination. We messaged the page to try and resolve this and were met with an email address that was spelled wrong, spelling Edinburgh as "Edinbugh". I wouldn't recommend wasting any money or time going there as it seems we are not the first people to be stopped from going in under a discriminatory reasoning. We are not afraid to take this further.

Last night i had a reservation paid in advance .

We had some drinks included ( a lot ).

After two hours one of my friend slipped and almost fall down. One of security agents said that is too drunk and has to leave. We told the security stuff that his decision is bad because our friend is fine. Nothing to do... so in respect to our friend we all left the place.

There where 30 people inside on the 1st floor where we had 2 tables reserved.

We paid 450£ for the reservation. We had included 2 bottles of Jack Daniels (not genuine) ,2 bottles of Moet , one bottle of Goose vodka and we had some Coca Cola that has served in open recipient..not genuine cans or bottles...and also some lemonade in the same open recipient style.. Both of them ...Cola and lemonade where like water.

So,after we paid a lot of money we received ..something very cheap.....

The welcome stuff was great...that's all.

I always thought cav was a great nightclub with great security and staff but since that young bouncer with the blonde hair has started working there I feel like she has personally got it out for me. Every-time I’m there she finds some reason to chuck me out and on Friday she literally refused me entry and took my ID from me!!! Now I need my license as it’s the only one I have and now I can’t drive. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no reply even though they said they aim to reply within 24hrs. I’ve called and left several voicemails. Finally got an answer to which the girl just told me to call back after a certain time when a manager would be in to take my call. I even went as far as emailing the Facebook page and all I got was oh keep trying to call, that’s your best option. I just want my bloody license back!! Why is it so hard to get in contact with someone about it!!! Absolutely fuming

I handed the woman at the desk a £20 note for £6 entry and received a couple pound coins back, and she insisted I only gave her a £10 note. I am 100% sure I gave her a £20 note as I got the £20 note out of the cash machine 10 minutes before entering the club (and I was not drunk at all) I managed to get refunded the £6 I paid to get into the club. Just make sure you pay attention to the money you receive back as they clearly think they can get away with scamming you if they assume you are under the influence.

I find it bloody wrong that you will let under age kids with fake id into your night club but won’t let people that are within age into your club!!

We are both appropriately dressed, no trainers.. my friend had flat boots on because she has spina bifida occulta and this resulted in foot drop therefore she cannot wear heels. If this is why she was not let in then that is disgusting and discrimination. I have read reviews and it sounds like this female bouncer with blonde hair has been nasty to quite a few people. She has lost you quite a lot of money tonight.

Got refused entry last night because I’m too old and dont fit the criteria in there words � I’m 24 not ready for my bus pass just yet everyone behide me getting in was all 16/17 but I get refused??? And all my friends did too so how on earth did a group of 24 year olds get refused based on our age!! I’ll be sure never to set foot in there again complete and utter joke!!!

I then tried to request opening hours via fb yesterday and again had no response which resulted in me and my sister being 30 minutes early. Supposed to open at 10.30 but they never let us in until 10.45/10.50. We were there to meet Chris Hughes on Sunday 16th September. The whole meet and greet was so disorganized, switching rooms after everyone was already queued, resulting in people barging in who hadn't queued in the first place. Toilets were disgusting, floor sticky, used toilet paper left everywhere, toilet seats falling off which is a health and safety hazard. Also the toilet stalls were not stocked up regularly. Music was crap with only a handful of songs that were decent enough. Whole experience was a nightmare, would not recommend at all. Waste of money booking a hotel overnight to spend a night at this club.

Just seen dream boys at Attik for my sis in laws hen so welcoming and what a show amazing shout out to all the guys and of course Cherie Triffle we have had a ball now upstairs for the rest of the hen ��

Great nightclub that caters for all tastes, different floors for different tunes, with a nice and friendly crowd for the most part.

Fantastic club, ridiculously clean & modern. Sound system spot on and staff very friendly! Drinks prices wrong on the event but after travelling up from Newcastle we were given a free drink as an apology! Can’t falter! Will definitely be back if visiting Edinburgh again!

Attended with hen party Dream boys and Sherry Trifle absolutely brilliant x bar staff very unsatisfactory considering how much we were spending but on the whole will be back

Good music good decent prices but the entry fee is a bit of a rip-off cost me and one of my mates £6 to get in and my other two mates got in for cheap cos they were students

Last night me and my friends went there, the music wasn't that great so I went up to the DJ to ask him to put on Liam Payne Familiar and he said he didn't have it, fair enough so I asked him to put on something different as the music was hard to dance to and the guy just took offence!! He yelled 'what makes you better than anybody else' and 'others are dancing!' yeah well no matter what music is on people try to dance to it but didn't mean that they necessarily bloody enjoyed it! I'm the audience and the DJ should play what we want to hear not what he wants to listen to! I'm 100% sure I spoke for about 70% of the nightclub that the music was occasionally okay. Shame the cheeseboard upstairs was closed cos that's called music.

I did not like door staff the night and one of the door staff said I was play the racist card the night I think staff need to respect someone that trying to help and not play that card and I think door staff need to be training of manner and they should have not put hand anyone and I like the club untill the night and said I am barred for help someone that means a lot to me is a joke honest they need to get new staff on door now like

Would not recommend this place to anyone’s especially coming to Edinburgh for a night out as me and my friend Tried to go on Friday as my friend took her id out her bag the bouncer said we weren’t getting in (didn’t see our id it was our own) no explanation to why we didn’t get in one other bouncer came and we asked him why we weren’t getting in he said that ATIK have been doing that to people for a couple of weeks now his ex and her friends came to Edinburgh and got turned away too when he spoke to the guy who said we couldn’t get in he said he would have let us however the promoters said no again with no expiation they didn’t even tell the bouncers.

I then called 10 minutes ago to make a formal complaint and the manager on the other side of the phone didn’t even listen to my story and what I wanted to say cut in before I finished and said ‘All I can do is apologise bye’ very disappointed in this I will not be back as it’s not good costumer service😡😡

We had secure our place with my pals over VIP list. Came there well dressed, not drunk, two of us are currently studying. First lady found our names and was about let us go in while other lady grab her shoulder and put her on hold. She crossed street, called someone over phone, came back and sent out security guy to tell us we are not allowed to entrance.So I asked if we can join queue if there is any problem with VIP list but he made himself clear by saying we will be not permitted to go in no matter what and he cannot tell us why.Absolute shock and disgrace over 11 years I stay in Scotland.I already had unpleasant experience with this place but this make sure non of my friends get near to that BULLYING AND RACISTIC place.

They just ruined my birthday party as much as it was possible! Everything was booked ale package pre-paid already but at the entrance I’ve been told that my group can’t come in without giving me the reason. Nobody was drunk and everybody has elegant clothes RIDICULOUS!

We approached the entrance at 10:30pm and were greeted coldly by the female bouncer with blonde hair. She told us we were not allowed in before we even spoke and then when we asked why, she just kept repeating "not tonight girls" over the top of our voices. I don't know if there's a rule about shoes for this club but we were both wearing black boots and mine were flat because I have spina bifida occulta resulting in foot drop. If this was the reason (we don't know because she couldn't give us a valid reason) then it is disgusting and could be classed as discrimination. We messaged the page to try and resolve this and were met with an email address that was spelled wrong, spelling Edinburgh as "Edinbugh". I wouldn't recommend wasting any money or time going there as it seems we are not the first people to be stopped from going in under a discriminatory reasoning. We are not afraid to take this further.

We had some drinks included ( a lot ).

After two hours one of my friend slipped and almost fall down. One of security agents said that is too drunk and has to leave. We told the security stuff that his decision is bad because our friend is fine. Nothing to do... so in respect to our friend we all left the place.

There where 30 people inside on the 1st floor where we had 2 tables reserved.

We paid 450£ for the reservation. We had included 2 bottles of Jack Daniels (not genuine) ,2 bottles of Moet , one bottle of Goose vodka and we had some Coca Cola that has served in open recipient..not genuine cans or bottles...and also some lemonade in the same open recipient style.. Both of them ...Cola and lemonade where like water.

So,after we paid a lot of money we received ..something very cheap.....

The welcome stuff was great...that's all.

I always thought cav was a great nightclub with great security and staff but since that young bouncer with the blonde hair has started working there I feel like she has personally got it out for me. Every-time I’m there she finds some reason to chuck me out and on Friday she literally refused me entry and took my ID from me!!! Now I need my license as it’s the only one I have and now I can’t drive. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no reply even though they said they aim to reply within 24hrs. I’ve called and left several voicemails. Finally got an answer to which the girl just told me to call back after a certain time when a manager would be in to take my call. I even went as far as emailing the Facebook page and all I got was oh keep trying to call, that’s your best option. I just want my bloody license back!! Why is it so hard to get in contact with someone about it!!! Absolutely fuming

I handed the woman at the desk a £20 note for £6 entry and received a couple pound coins back, and she insisted I only gave her a £10 note. I am 100% sure I gave her a £20 note as I got the £20 note out of the cash machine 10 minutes before entering the club (and I was not drunk at all) I managed to get refunded the £6 I paid to get into the club. Just make sure you pay attention to the money you receive back as they clearly think they can get away with scamming you if they assume you are under the influence.

I find it bloody wrong that you will let under age kids with fake id into your night club but won’t let people that are within age into your club!!

If this is why she was not let in then that is disgusting and discrimination. I have read reviews and it sounds like this female bouncer with blonde hair has been nasty to quite a few people. She has lost you quite a lot of money tonight.

Got refused entry last night because I’m too old and dont fit the criteria in there words � I’m 24 not ready for my bus pass just yet everyone behide me getting in was all 16/17 but I get refused??? First of all I messaged this club via facebook messenger and had no response, not a professional look to start with. I then tried to request opening hours via fb yesterday and again had no response which resulted in me and my sister being 30 minutes early. Supposed to open at 10.30 but they never let us in until 10.45/10.50. We were there to meet Chris Hughes on Sunday 16th September. The whole meet and greet was so disorganized, switching rooms after everyone was already queued, resulting in people barging in who hadn't queued in the first place. Toilets were disgusting, floor sticky, used toilet paper left everywhere, toilet seats falling off which is a health and safety hazard. Also the toilet stalls were not stocked up regularly. Music was crap with only a handful of songs that were decent enough. Whole experience was a nightmare, would not recommend at all. Waste of money booking a hotel overnight to spend a night at this club.
