Atlas Physical Training Description
Greg - Served over 10 years in the British Army in various continents of the Globe, gaining experience in all aspects of physical fitness. Civilian qualifications in fitness gained since leaving the military. Continued professional development as a bootcamp instructor for over a year.
Josh - Served over 5 years in the British Army travelling to various places around the world. Got a big fitness background having been a Physical Training Instructor in the Army, worked in a civilian gym, and been Personal Training for the last 5 months now.
We have both been working together for the last year on numerous occasions and have also done fitness events together.
