Top class! First booked my car in 3 years ago when i was having multiple electrical faults with my Golf. Not had a single issue since, and always get my car back as good as new after service each year. Thanks and keep up the fine work!

Car pick up was late cause driver got lost. Wanted a service & asked if the timing chain & water pump also needed done. They changed the chain and water pump, serviced it & brought the car back. 1 mile of driving later it broke down. The turbo wasn't working. Garage refused to accept it was due to them, wouldn't come to look & insisted I got it to them. Called a local mechanic who immediately recognised the turbo inlet had a problem. The hose was off. Audi guys insisted they had not touched it but I was shown where the jubilee clip had been removed & the cowling had been taken off. No question these Specialists were lying to me

The repair of their mistake didn't cost much but this did mean another day off work. I would avoid them at all costs!!!
