With an increase in requirements over the next few weeks as a result of our booming expansion, management recognised the need for more staff to become first aid trained to allow us to continue to deliver an outstanding service to all clientele.

No way, a 3rd post in 3 days? What a weekend of celebrations 🍾🍾🍾
20% of businesses fail within the first year (Business Insider UK, 2017).
Thankfully a year on, we are still going strong! We continue to rapidly expand and continue to acknowledge that it is unwise to take on contracts without having the manpower to staff them.
... Our commitment to providing high quality staff who know what they're doing means that on occasion we have to turn down new work. We will never compromise on quality for the sake of money.
To this end, our relationships with existing clientele remains strong with consistently positive feedback on our professionalism, knowledge of the job, and superior customer service skills which set us far above the rest of the industry. Check out some of the cracking events being run by some of our Old Town Pub Co venues over the next few months - definitely worth a visit!
