It's the time of year that people need big tables and sideboards to load with food and fill with booze .

I have many amazing customers who arrive with some strange requests.This guy asked me for some interesting wood and tartan to make a leg with !! He has just sent me some photos. He is working with the The Glasgow School of Art and has spent time developing electronic touch sensitivity for prosthetic limbs.He also saw that the work to make more and more realistic limbs was not suited to everyone. Instead they wanted something individual and hand crafted This is the first prototype ;apparently the owner is delighted. In my mind wonderful ,thought provoking work
