Where to begin. So Glasgow is losing the best dog walker but Scotland is gaining a dog hotel. Lou is incredible. A genuine person who does what she does because of a passion for dogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Bella. Everyone of my neighbours loves her and comment on how lovely she is. We will miss her but will definitely be booking Bella in for her holidays xx

So after moving to glasgow 6 months ago, one of the best decisions we made was selecting Lou as our dog walker. She genuinely does love your dog as her own, both myself and Olive will miss you so much you will be very hard to replace. So reliable and caring, always felt reassured Olive was getting the best care and affection. We will definitely be bringing olive to aunty Lou Lou's hotel when we jet off on our holidays. My Misha is a rescue Romanian dog who even after having been with me for 4 years is still phobic of noise, cars, prams, and strangers. I have placed her with pet nannies for numerous times before trying Loulou Dog Hotel but never have I seen her coming back home, sniffing and licking my other pets, then clocking me and kissing me, all chilled out and relaxed!! Before, she was anxiously crying...this time, it s like she had been at the pub all day and had had a massage too :) just chilled out happy dog. She surely will go back to Loulou for more holidays!

Lou was amazing with our dog Reggie, he's absolutely gutted to see her go but will be back to visit on his holidays. Would 100% recommend Lou to anyone looking for someone to look after their dogs when they go away 5 star service all the time �

Lou looked after Willow and Meadow, 2 energetic Cockapoos, for four nights while we enjoyed a family holiday in Cumbria. We had never left the dogs with anyone other than family members before and were understandably nervous about how they would get on.



From the moment the front door opened, we knew we had nothing to worry about. We got such a warm welcome from Lou and her partner Brian and the dogs were immediately comfortable and felt at home. Lou’s dogs are absolute sweethearts and her home is beautiful, in such a picturesque location and completely dog friendly. The back garden was a particular highlight and our two wasted no time in exploring it.



As we drove away from dropping them off, we all felt happy and knew they were going to have a wonderful time...and they did. Lou sent us regular photos and updates and it was obvious our girls were relaxed, settled and having a great holiday.



I would highly recommend Auntie Loulou’s Dog Hotel - it’s a loving, fun filled place and we’d have no hesitation in booking again. We know that Willow and Meadow would agree!! ��

Lou is my dogs very favourite person! I didn't get the reaction she gets from my dogs after I had been on holiday for 2 weeks! If giving her a bad review would keep her here in Glasgow, she'd have 100s! Lou is simply irreplaceable to me and my doggies. I will be using Lou's doggies hotel as I know how much my dogs love spending time with her!

Lou is brilliant. She came to my house to pet sit my Chihuahua puppies and their mummy from late afternoon until the early hours of the following morning. Tina, the pups mummy was more than happy to let Lou look after them all, I know 'cause Tina told me. It's a great service that Lou is offering and brilliant that it is on my doorstep. I shall be making good use of Lou's services and have another booking to make. Thanks Lou.

Lou has been walking both my dogs for the last year. Initually I was concerned about entrusting someone with my dogs. They are both rescue dogs and one in particular can be a bit anxious, however I need not have worried. Lou was kind enough to come along and meet both of them spending over an hour chatting and getting to know them. I did explain that Max may not go on the walk because he didnt know her. How wrong was ! After an hour of Lou's charm he couldnt wait to go out, skipping out the door and not even looking back. It's true what they say , a dogs instinct is never wrong.



They both adore her, waiting eagerly for their walk each day. She is always the same no matter the weather, greeting them with a big smile and lots of hugs. She provides more than a dog walking service, tailoring everything to your dogs needs. Nothing is too much bother and she has been kind enough to take my old boy out in his stroller when needed.



We will be very sad to lose her but I am delighted that she is starting this new venture. I can't think of anyone more suited to this type of work. Not only does she have the ideal personality but she is qualified in canine first aid.



She is such a genuine person with an obvious love and natural ability with dogs. I have never considered boarding my dogs but would have no hesitation to book them into Aunty Lou Dog Hotel - Mar Hall for dogs.

This venture will be such a success as it is not a job but a vocation of love. All our best wishes to you Lou

Lou Brian and the 3 girls were so welcoming to myself Lennox( Mary )Frankie Tammy and Lora today for a meet and greet... house is absolutely AMAZING can’t wait for the boys to stay over with Auntie Lou.. I’m trying to find an excuse to let Lennox ( Mary) have another wee holiday �

Just collected my boy Samson from his first holiday at Aunty Loulou’s and I actually had to drag him into the car because he didn’t want to leave! He had an absolute blast and I was totally at ease that he was in very good hands. Could not be happier �

Jarvis loved staying with Lou and Brian, can't say it was home from home as our place is no way near as exciting as Lou's!

Jarvis made great friends with the other tourists, enjoyed all the entertainment and persuaded Lou to give him a doggy bag of treats to bring home. He also managed to pose for some of the best photos we've seen of him - which were posted daily and very reassuring whilst we were away.

First time we've left him behind... have a feeling he'll be encouraging us to go away again soon.

Thoroughly recommended.

I’ve never seen my 3 dogs so content when waving goodbye. Since we met Lou and her partner Brian we haven’t went anywhere else. The house is immaculate with perfect dog walks all around and don’t get me started on the scenery!! On our return we were even lucky enough to purchase 3 beautiful hand drawn portraits of our pups which now hang proudly above the fireplace. Lou is so unbelievably excellent with dogs and would appear to have a natural talent born from a real love for all that barks.



The only negative for me is that my wife now wants a house in Wanlockhead.
