Was surprised by the great service I received. Warm welcoming staff that do that bit extra to accommodate customers. Bespoke service was quicker than I expected

The shopkeepers are amazing, the products are beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. On our trip back home to the US, we lost our daughter's charm that we had purchased in Thurso. They responded quickly via FB Messenger, searched the store for our package, and couldn't find it. When I told them I needed to purchase another one, they offered to pay for shipping and mailed it as fast as they could. Thank you SO MUCH!

Ring of Brodgar ring ordered on Tuesday at lunchtime and arrived in Penicuik (nr Edinburgh) in Wednesdays post! Amazingly speedy service and friendly helpful gentleman on the phone. Fab

My husband and I ordered the Brodgar rings as our wedding bands. We are over the moon with them and the personal touch which was added made them even more special. We will always have a peedie piece of Orkney with us now.

My husband and I bought new wedding rings from Aurora last year. When we returned to Orkney on vacation this year, we both decided we wanted the Ring of Brodgar ring. Both transactions were outstanding. Friendly staff, high quality jewelry, and terrific representations of Orkney, our favorite place on Earth. See you again soon!

I've just contacted Aurora about the broken silver collar on my Dollar pendant. As I've had the piece for 4 or 5 years I was looking to buy a replacement but they have kindly offered to replace at at no cost! Quality Scottish jewellery and quality customer service. Thank you so much!

I ordered the GLIDE PENDANT. It is absolutely beautiful. It even looks much better in real than on the picture. I also have to say that the customer service here is excellent (come from a customer service backround). There was an issue with my address but it was solved in such a quick way which suprised me. Many thanks.

I have so many of Aurora's designs in both gold and silver. They are all so versitile, dress up, dress down there's always something to match the mood.
