Kinesiology: Identifies physical, emotional, chemical and nutritional system imbalances and uses techniques to improve them.

Kinesiology is a non-invasive technique for both adults and children where the practitioner uses muscle testing (by gently placing their hands on your arms and legs) to access feedback around your specific issues. Muscle testing uses the scientific functioning of the muscles and the Central Nervous system to identify areas of blockage and imbalance. This is achieved by monitoring the change in muscle response.
