I see Austin every 6 weeks and he is top class!!! I would never ever let anyone else go near my hair with scissors!!!!! Highly recommend without a doubt! Cheer again Austin xxxxx

Had my hair done by Christie again and am utterly delighted again! I am approaching 40 and can't believe it's taken me this long to find 'the one'! One in a million. I have an unknown allergy and no issues here, but the only salon I have been to that has required a patch test before I even mentioned it. True professionals. Highly recommended.

Had my hair cut by Louise for the first time is 8 years due to living abroad. Best haircut I've had since my last visit to her. Had a bit of a disaster with the last cut I'd had and Louise knew straight away what I wasn't happy with and what needed to be done. Thank you Louise, I'll definately not be leaving it another 8 years to come back to you. Xxx

Delighted with my haircut, Austen did an amazing job taming my big wild hair...thank you!

Christie and Austen and the rest of the staff are fantastic make u feel like a celeb!!

Booked a couple of days ahead, for an up do. I had a hair disaster of my hair being cut short the week before & I was going to a wedding. I arrived at the salon & was greeted by the receptionist, who organised a caffetier of coffee & biscuit. The hairdresser, put my hair up & it was awesome. She explained what she was doing, every step of the way & I couldn't believe the transformation. Friendly staff & a great hair do. Highly recommend.

Austen colours like a genius. Love the result every single time and have done for years... Whole team are genuinely lovely which makes it a really nice to spend a few hours too.

Always an enjoyable experience and always come out of the salon feeling like a celebrity. Thank you all at Austen Thomson! You guys rock! ❤️
