From start to finish the service takes just 13 minutes and produces some startling results.

had my e39 530i tyres balanced from 3 different places and and a half arsed job of alignment by 2 Kwik Fit garages to try and get rid of an annoying vibration to no avail took it to autotech and they re balanced and re aligned the car properly and now vibration free and the car now drives straight and true, fantastic job and really friendly guys will definitely use again and highly recommend them �

Went to this garage as they have the Hunter wheel

Alignment station and free health check and got a print out which showed that my rear offside wheel was out of camber and off the scale . So after a discussion asked them to set up the tracking for me thinking they were the best at a cost of £130 . After approx an hour the car was ready and they then showed me the 2nd print out from the wheel alignment which shows the before and after they had done the work . Now bear in mind that the health check along with the before worked carried out print out should both match ... they didn’t � Queried this with the service manger who couldn’t understand it either and after a bit of consultation and head scratching , it transpires that they had a fault with the health checking ramp the week before giving distorted readings and that it had been fixed ( obviously not ) . Now the before and after print out showed that a could have lived with the camber that had been shown on this print out and wouldn’t have parted with my hard earned cash and pointed this out to the manager who appeared to be not taking on board what I had said . So the £130 was paid ....... Poor show Autotec as allegedly one of the largest garages in Inverclyde ....however your follow up customer care satisfaction is excellent .... thanks

Took my Jetta here after reading the positive reviews on Facebook. Diagnosed a problem related to the VW emissions update. Suggested taking car back to VW as issue covered by VW. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable service. Welcoming, spacious and trendy looking reception area with comfortable seating and good quality tea and coffee facilities. Will be back next time my Jetta needs a bit of TLC!

Road force balanced the wheels on my pickup perfectly after 3 other garages were unable to balance them and stop the shaking.

Pals car broke down and Jim from auto tec got to us within 10 minutes or so despite being told it could have been up to a 2 hour wait. When he arrived he solved the problem quickly and posed for a picture couldn't be happier!! Cheers Jim

On my way back from dunoon my Tyre pressure warning light came on. After going to Kwik Fit in Greenock to be told it was a hours wait at 2.50pm and they shut at 4pm anyway. Autotec was thankfully the next garage I came to they blew up my tyres no bother. Thanks Autotec you service is by far the best got home safe to Cumbernauld really appreciate you didn't make me feel like it was a chore

Brought my car in this morning at short notice as it was pulling to one side. It was taken right away, wheel alignment checked and repaired, 2 new front tyres changed after asking me if I was happy with this.
