shocking service as per. phoned 5 times and promised a call back every time... never came. Trying to spend money with them and its like they down want the business. Terrible. never again.

Called Autoecosse to make an appointment to view a car they had in stock at their Burrelton branch. Travelled a 3 hour round trip to find that the car was not on site. We were told at this point that it had been taken away to have a tyre changed. We were told that the car was being brought over and would be here in 15 mins. After waiting for over an hour and having been told several times that the car was 5 minutes away we gave up and left.

We received an answerphone message from the manager explaining that there had been a mix up with which car we wanted to see and that he would bring the car to us to let us view it (there was no mention of the tyre!). Thanks, but you only get one chance at making a first impression and you failed.

This car we came to see was for my wife, and you had another car in stock I might have been interested in for myself, but the salesman couldn't even access the keys for it while I was waiting.

Poor show. Cowboy outfit and yet another disgrace to the Subaru dealer network (of which there are many).

Absolutely atrocious service. Third time that Autoecosse have failed to provide services and parts promised. Again due to excuse that staff member has left the company. This time vehicle brought for fault checking, parts were ordered, then not ordered as staff member had left ! Advised to bring vehicle back for rechecking as mechanic did not have enough time the first time to determine fault, although he had advised at the time what the fault was. Just plain rubbish and a time wasting company. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere !
