Gave me the wrong part and then argued it was the right one despite it stating quite clearly on the item it was wrong

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. We had problems finding a bike rack to fit our car but after trying 3 other companies and getting nowhere we got a fast and excellent result at Autosave. The staff took time with us and made it very easy. The aftercare was also excellent we were offered free fitting unlike other large chains. All in all a very happy shopping result. Would highly recommend. April 2012
