Today is a very sad day at the Avenues, we say goodbye to our head nurse Emma! ­ƒÆö
Emma has been with us for nearly 14 years (hence the golden oldie photo!!). She is the heart of the practice and will be hugely missed.

would like to thank the staff for treating my cat bandit who sadly had to be put to sleep the staff were brilliant with him and us they did all they could for him but sadly was to ill thank you so much x

Would like to say thank you to all the staff at the Avenues for the care given to my cat Socks throughout September. He was very poorly at the start of the month and when I brought him to the Mount Florida branch when he wasn't even registered, he was seen to straight away and within 5 mins he was being sent to the other branch to be treated. Couldn't thank you all enough and I'm very greatful to have him back at home and on the mend.

Wonderful Vets's, they saved my wee dogs life recently. They are very caring and compassionate people, and go above and beyond for the animals in their care.

What a fabulous team of great people. Fallon and Jess before her have been in fantastic hands. Well done guys x

We would just like to thank Ronan, Nicola and all the staff for the care and kindness shown to Poppy after having a lump removed last month. She became rather poorly after the the surgery and everyone did their utmost to make Poppy as comfortable as possible. We really appreciate everything you did and thanks to you she was back to her normal self within a few days. We would highly recommend Avenues to anyone looking for a great veterinary practice.

We moved to Avenues recently with our dog Brutus and they have been wonderful. Caring and thoughtful and we don't feel like they are giving out medication for medication sake.

We have used the Avenues since 2004, and although we have moved out the area, we still travel with our dogs as they are simply superb. All the staff, vets, nurses and reception staff are first class and we would highly recommend them.

We are so glad to have Ruby home, she took very unwell on friday night, she's well on her way to full recovery with big thanks to Nicola, Nicky, Frances, Emma and everyone else xx we are so grateful xx

The vest was very helpful as I was very worried about my dog as he was very temperamental , excellent service and staff were very friendly

The avenues have looked after my little dog Miley since we took her in at 6 weeks old, I cant thank everyone enough for the great care they take of her and more recently after the birth of her 6 beautiful puppies, we kept 1 little Kai and he had his 1st injection yesterday and they made a fuss of him and looked after him so well, can't rate them highly enough.

Thanks for everything yous have done for Tilly. She looked amazing when she came out yesterday can't thanks yous enough xx

Some of the kindest, most empathetic people on the planet here. Obviously when you have pets not every trip to the vet is pleasant but even through the toughest of times the staff are absolute stalwarts. I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff here, great people. Thank you. Very highly recommended.

Recently changed to this vet and I am very impressed. Staff are lovely and are very caring towards the animals. Seem very honest in terms of pricin and treatment too which is very reassuring when you leave your animals in their trust. Very glad I changed :)

Our old dog, Merry, hasn't always been the easiest patient but all the staff have been brilliant with him and now they are some of his best friends!

Our family has used this vets for over 20 years starting with our boxers Tyson and Max we would'nt go anywhere else . Thanks for all your care over the years.

One thing we will miss when we become East Coasters will be the Avenues Veterinary Centre. Thank you for looking after Meg and Mog so well from their first vaccines, through the (owner perceived) trauma of surgery up to now with advice on moving.

Never disappointed by the excellent service provided. Especially today when I called 15 minutes before closing to see if we could take our dog in to be seen. Following the treatment he received he's now more comfortable and we are very grateful. Xxx

My whole family have been going to Ronan and the team at the Avenue's for years and I couldn't recommend the practice highly enough. Friendly, professional staff who look after the animals extremely well.

My family have used Ronan at the Avenues for over 30 years, this week we were devastated as we had to make the decision for Ebby (17 year old Black Lab) to cross the rainbow bridge, the avenues made this as comfortable as possible for her and our family. We can't thank enough for the love and care she received whilst being so ill during the festive season. She'll be sorely missed and will always have a special place in our hearts. You'll see us again with Maya ´┐¢´┐¢´┐¢ xxx

I've used the Avenues for about 20yrs and even though I've moved to Strathaven and now Kilmarnock I have no intentions of changing vets.

Great service from nurses and vets are amazing.

I have been with The Avenue Vet for nearly 16 years when I bought my two Lhasa Apsos Honey and Holly. I would just like to thank Ronan and his staff for all there help and care over these years. The attention and care has been first class and could not have asked for a better vet to be there when I needed them. They brought so much love to our family and will be sadly missed.

I am registered with practice and have been for many years love all the staff who make my dogs feel at ease and nothing is a hassle also since its been refurbished is accessible for my wheelchair and all the staff are very good at helping me when needed. Thank you very much.

Had a poorly wee pooch on my hands today but a wee afternoon stay, antibiotics & fluids she nearly new. She even managed some boiled chicken for dinner. The staff are attentive, informative & overall duty of care can't be faulted xxx many thanks penny & her mum lol xxx

Fabulous people fabulous vets always accommodating in helping my dogs Really trust them to do their best. Have been with them almost 12 years I have two dogs.

Excellent vets and staff!!. My little sweetheart dolly the cat has been back and forth getting treatment for a skin infection that was causing him so much pain. I can't thank the vets enough for helping him and me thru it all. Would highly recommend!

Been taking my dog Austin since he has been 6 weeks, great team who are always helpful.

Avenues staff are great even though they draw lots when Koda the 3 star cat comes in. He really does love you all but doesn't like being treated for his condition hence the attitude. Thanks again

Amazing vet. My kitten had a very scary (near death) experience. A simple phone call and I was told to take her straight over. From the moment I walked through the door they provided a high level of care and compassion. Amazing vet. IÔÇÖd score higher than 5 if there was an option. Thanks again.
