Poor customer service. My vape pen was stolen by a member of staff when I left it on the counter. I went back in to ask for it back after not even leaving the car park but was laughed at, it was not taken seriously. The staff were incredibly rude. I know 100% that I had it with me as this was confirmed by the Hertz girl who share the building with Avis. Avoid!!

Returned my hire car in good condition and with a full tank of petrol and after nearly a month they still have not withdrawn the security deposit from my credit card. I have already advised them of this 2 weeks ago and they have done nothing.

Awful customer service on the phone. I needed to hire an automatic car for 7 days, the agent was rude and did not have any knowledge about Aberdeen availability. He basically said $499.84 and this is it! Terrible company, and terrible options! Never again!
