The Aberdeen X-Industry Support Network (AXIS) is a non-profit members' network, focussed on increasing gender balance in the Aberdeen energy industry. We aim to promote the importance of gender diversity in the workplace, inspire industry leaders and organisations to collaborate across sectors and make Aberdeen a place of sustainable employment, and rich with potential for future generations.
