Ayrshire College Description

On 1 August 2013, Ayr College, Kilmarnock College and the Ayrshire campuses of James Watt College merged to form Ayrshire College.

There are eight campuses across Ayrshire with nearly 14, 000 students and 800 staff members:

More mental health and wellbeing drop-in sessions are available for students and staff to discuss any issues related to mental health and emotional wellbeing. The next session is at the Kilwinning Campus next Monday from 9.30am – 12.30pm.

The Conversation Café sessions for students have been going well and if you haven’t managed to go along, you can go to the next session on Wednesday 20 February.
This FREE event will be hosted by See Me www.seemescotland.org and focuses on the theme of building positive mental health through strength and hope. So come along to the Ayr Campus at 4pm and join the conversation.

The College will be closed on Monday 11 February and Tuesday 12 February. The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at Ayr, Kilmarnock and Kilwinning will be open on Friday 15 February from 8:45am - 4:45pm.

Scottish Queer International Film Festival (SQIFF) is bringing LGBTQ+ short films to Ayr on 24 Feb, Ayr Town Hall, 6.30pm. The event is FREE, so just go along on the night.
Headlining the event is VISIBLE, created by Campbell X & Kayza Rose, as well as ‘My Loneliness is Killing Me’, by Siobhan Fahey. Campbell X and Siobhan Fahey will be there after the films for a Q&A.
