I thought some workers were doing me a favour the other day.. gave me a huge coil of Insulated heavy duty copper wire.. it wasn't til i dragged it home.... they had stripped the thick copper out somehow... well hey... I disposed of the rubbish you wudda fly-tipped anyway. always glad to lend a hand. I'm getting a good lot of broken microwaves.. keep them coming guys n girls.. not as much value as a tv or computer etc, and more dangerous... but i enjoy the breakdown and use some of the parts myself

Hi everyone, I apologise for not replying to all your messages, loads of offers for scrap and a few people asking if I'm hiring.. I wish.. the work is there.. its cashflow and use of premises required... I'm in flats and my neighbours do not like the noise.

Thanks T-KOR, I only have four so far, I will wait and do a bigger batch when I obtain more. I am looking for kids electric scooters and ride ons quads trikes etc... will pay cash or trade, i require the motors and batteries for a project.

well heres one i just found out about...

In two days, Steve-E-Scrapper and a friend called elbow grease took some hand tools and this pile became... Gold, silver, brass, copper, high-grade steel multiple hard drive several fingers and a whole heap of DVD drives(plus two floppy 3.5's which is too funny) yaay,,, and i did sort and colour code each and every screw,,,, E scrap YAAAAAAAAS but need MORE!!! These fingers cannot stay idle for more scrap lies outside.. flytipped. skipped or just flung in the bin,,, if it has a plug or uses batteries,,, gie's it ya maddie..... PS im not inhaling the fumes from the cracked magnetron...im always like this..
