The Burns family would like to announce that the funeral service for William Burns, (also fondly known as Bob and Winkie), will take place on Monday 4th March at 11am at Fosters Funeral Directors in Glaisnock Street, Cumnock, and then onto Auchinleck Cemetery at 12pm. Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome. Ayrshire Transport Limited is providing free transport if anybody needs it, from Fosters to Auchinleck Cemetery ...and back again to Ayrshire Transport’s Taxi Office in Glaisnock Street. If you would like to reserve a place on this transport, please drop in and let us know at the taxi office, contact us at the office on 01290 421010, or let us know here on Facebook so we can organise your vehicles. Although the majority our fleet will be in attendance at Auchinleck Cemetery, paying tribute for the duration of the funeral, please note the taxi office will still be open as normal all day on Monday, and there will be a limited team of drivers on the road at that time for anybody who needs to book a hire as normal.
